Jessica Jaubert

  • As Principal of Three Elephant Public Relations, Jessica Jaubert leads with a thoughtful, hands-on approach to strategy, messaging, and community engagement. She partners closely with clients and public officials to advance high-impact projects across Wyoming, blending strategic communications, design thinking, and grassroots outreach. From statewide initiatives to neighborhood-scale campaigns, Jaubert brings clarity, coordination, and creativity to every project she leads.

    Jessica has played an integral role in elevating public awareness around critical issues facing Wyoming. She serves as a trusted advisor to local governments, organizations, nonprofits, and coalitions navigating complex policy, planning, and infrastructure efforts. Her ability to align stakeholders, manage teams, and deliver results within budget and timeline constraints has earned her widespread respect across sectors.

    A 2025 Wyoming Women of Influence honoree in Marketing and Public Relations and Wyoming Business Report 40 Under 40 honoree, Jaubert is known for her deep commitment to Wyoming’s people and places.

    Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, she earned her bachelor’s degree in interior architecture from Louisiana Tech University before moving to Wyoming in 2005. She serves on the boards of the Rotary Club of JH Foundation and the Wyoming Making History Committee on behalf of the Smithsonian American Women’s History Museum.

  • Breann joined Three Elephant Public Relations as the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager in 2022. With experience in both the public and private sector, Breann provides a unique perspective on branding, marketing, and leveraging the client’s audience. In addition, she brings vast knowledge in leadership, communication, and impression management, which she applies to diverse clients and projects.

    Breann believes that our work enables organizations of any size and type to have a voice and more significant influence in their sector. A natural encourager, she sees empowering and supporting our clients as a duty and an honor. Knowing the power of quality communication, Breann seeks strategic, meaningful, and authentic practices that bring success to her clients.

    Hailing from Florida, Breann fell in love with Wyoming for its beautiful landscape and tried-and-true culture. While earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Art in Communication from Baylor University, she specialized in research on personal and professional branding, memorable messages and communication.

Hannah haag

  • Hannah Haag joined Three Elephant Public Relations in 2025, bringing a unique blend of experience in journalism, business and mathematics. Her interdisciplinary background allows her to bridge the gap between strategy and storytelling—blending creative design with analytical thinking to move projects forward with clarity and purpose.

    Driven by a deep commitment to community engagement, Hannah works to understand each client’s goals and values in order to craft communications that are authentic, effective and aligned with their vision. Her ability to connect with diverse audiences fosters trust, inclusivity and meaningful dialogue between clients, stakeholders and the public.

    A Jackson Hole native, Hannah draws inspiration from the landscape and community she calls home. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications and Journalism from the University of Utah, with minors in Business and Mathematics. Now back in Jackson, she is passionate about creating relevant, reflective and community-focused stories that inspire growth and connection.

  • Folger Cashion joined Three Elephant Public Relations in 2025, bringing a diverse background in public relations, communications and public policy. With experience ranging from nonprofit advocacy and political research to international study and outdoor education, Folger’s excited to bring new approaches to each project with the goal of creating communications that are true to the client.

    She developed strong writing, media relations and content development skills, applying them to help organizations clarify their message and connect with key audiences.

    Originally from North Carolina, Folger earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Media and Journalism with a concentration in Advertising and Public Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a certificate in Fashion Communications and Marketing. After moving to Jackson, she was energized by the community and environment around her and eager to contribute her skills to work that reflects the character and values of home.

  • Shannon Sollitt joined Three Elephant PR in 2025 after a decade-long career as a journalist. She’s excited to apply her editorial expertise to help mission-driven organizations share their work with the world. 

    Shannon loves identifying emerging trends and distilling complex information into compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences. She knows that sometimes the “smallest” stories can have the biggest impact, and works with clients to get to the heart of their narrative. 

    Shannon’s journalism career started in her hometown—Jackson—before taking her to Boston, Oregon and Salt Lake City. She has a Master’s degree in journalism from Boston University and has won several awards for her reporting on business and labor. She has also moonlighted as a copywriter and creative strategist for clients in the tourism and outdoor recreation industries. 

    Though she lives in Salt Lake now, she will always call Jackson “home” and is excited to reconnect with the community that raised her.
