Jessica Jaubert
Principal
As Principal of Three Elephant Public Relations, Jaubert serves as project manager, helping clients to develop winning strategies that incorporate messaging, strategy, design, stakeholder and community engagement. She works in tandem with local and state leaders and actively engages in many issues with both the Town of Jackson and Teton County to main awareness of key community issues and provide meaningful insight, knowledge and context to every project. She brings extensive experience executing projects of all sizes and budgets, managing personnel and vendors and delivering on timelines and cost constraints.
Jaubert is a Wyoming 40 Under 40 honoree from the Wyoming Buisness Report and a 2019 Wyoming Women of Influence nominee.
Raised in New Orleans, Louisiana, she moved to Jackson in 2005 after receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana. Jessica currently serves on the board of directors of pARTners, Rotary Club of Jackson Hole and The Children’s Learning Center.

Honora Kerr
Director
Honora Kerr joined Three Elephant Public Relations in 2021 as Director of Strategy and Communications and brings a breadth of experience in marketing, communications and public relations with Wyoming small businesses, with a unique focus on the energy industry.
With an extensive background in professional and creative writing, Kerr is a big-hearted, big-picture thinker and a natural storyteller who enjoys bringing Client’s stories to life so they can be embraced and shared with the world. Kerr excels at working with complex systems and processing information to create strong, impactful communication strategies that deliver meaningful results.
Born in New York City but raised in Hong Kong, New York, and France, Kerr received a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Amherst College in Massachusetts and a Master’s of Fine Art in English and Creative Writing from Mills College in 2011. She has lived in the Rocky Mountain West since 2003; in Wyoming since 2013.

Breann Bates
Digital Marketing And Communications manager
Breann joined Three Elephant Public Relations as the Digital Marketing and Communications Manager in 2022. With experience in both the public and private sector, Breann provides a unique perspective on branding, marketing, and leveraging the client’s audience. In addition, she brings vast knowledge in leadership, communication, and impression management, which she applies to diverse clients and projects.
Breann believes that our work enables organizations of any size and type to have a voice and more significant influence in their sector. A natural encourager, she sees empowering and supporting our clients as a duty and an honor. Knowing the power of quality communication, Breann seeks strategic, meaningful, and authentic practices that bring success to her clients.
Hailing from Florida, Breann fell in love with Wyoming for its beautiful landscape and tried-and-true culture. While earning her Bachelor’s and Master’s of Art in Communication from Baylor University, she specialized in research on personal and professional branding, memorable messages and communication.
